Gurman says Apple's AR / VR headset can run Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro apps
Apple announced yesterday that its professional video editing software Final Cut Pro and professional audio production software Logic Pro will be available for iPad on May 23, both of which were previously only available on the Mac.
As previously reported by IT House, Gurman said Apple's AR/VR headset can run thousands of existing apps for the iPad and convert them to a 3D interface for use.
Apple may need to tweak the iPad versions of Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro to run on xrOS, the operating system that runs on the headset, but it may already be in development.
Apple is expected to unveil the headset at its Worldwide Developers Conference 2023 keynote event on June 5.
